All rates include Full Meal Plan, consisting of a full cooked breakfast with hot dishes of your choice, a three course Gourmet lunch or packed picnic, afternoon tea/coffee with homemade cookies and a three course Gourmet dinner. We cater for special dietary requirements.

Free activities include horseback riding, mountain bikes, kayaks, snorkelling, guided plantation walks, storytelling, several times a week Kava ceremony and entertainment with our houseband, weekly Meke (Fijian songs & dances) and Lovo (Fijian underground feast).

The rate for the Honeymoon Deluxe Suite includes a Honeymoon Package consisting of a bottle of champagne, fruit basket, two Sulus (Fijian skirts), an excursion to Honeymoon Island and a half day trip to romantic Bouma Waterfalls.

The rate for the Oceanview Spa Villa includes a Spa Package consisting of two Maravu bath robes, two Maravu Massages (25 minutes each), two traditional Fijian scalp massages (15 minutes each) and two Pure Fiji body scrubs (25 minutes each).

The rate for The Treehouse includes a Treehouse Package consisting of two Maravu Massages (25 minutes each), fruit basket, two Sulus (Fijian skirts), half day trip to romantic Bouma Waterfalls and a half day Tour of Taveuni’s west coast.

The Honeymoon Package is available for purchase from other categories at $141 per couple. The Spa Package is available for purchase from other categories at $176 per couple.

DOCUMENTATION NEEDED (all in English only)

• Original or certified copy of birth certificate.
• Valid Passports.
• Decree Absolute documents if divorced.
• Confirmatory letter on current status to be obtained from marriage Registry where the applicant resides or statutory declaration signed by a Justice of Peace or Notary Public or Solicitor to prove single status. This declaration only applies to applicants who were previously married, and to confirm current marital status if divorce has been granted in the last 5 years.
• Death certificate if spouse died. Consent of the father if under the age of 21 years or mother if father is deceased.

We require a minimum 5-night stay for the wedding party.
The wedding may not be held on a Sunday or public holiday.
Time to visit the Registry Office on Taveuni must be allowed.
The office is closed on public holidays and weekends.
We will do our best to accommodate any special request.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS are subject to 17.5 % VAT not included:
For use of traditional Fijian costumes of hand-decorated tapa cloth (handmade from pounded Mulberry bark) there is an additional charge of US$300 for the purchase.
A professional photographer and/or a videographer can be brought from the main island cost is included for their transportation (flights, taxis), accommodation, meals.

Luxury Photoshooting US$1,200 plus taxes High Quality(10M Pixel) retouched JPEG File, 200-300 Best Photo in DVD with Index Sheets file, 10 Black and White shots are included. Shooting for room preparation, Ceremony. Celebration, Photo Tour is included. Plus Photo Slideshow in DVD, edited with BGM/Title, 120-140 shots included, duration approximate 12 minutes, DVD playback.

Wedding Videoshooting US$1,000 plus taxes - Artistically shot, and Professionally edited, Shooting includes Preparation, Ceremony, Celebration, Romantic shots, family, etc. DVD with Custom cover.

Both packages by Yoshi total US$2,200 plus 17.5% Govt. taxes = US$2,585.00. & include transportation (flights, taxis), accommodation, meals and taxes for photographer and/or videographer.

Photographer from Suva - Basic Photographer Package US$600 : 3 rolls of negative film @ 36 pictures (108 pictures), development, prints. Extra costs: digital transforming of positives to CD ROM.

Basic Videographer Package US$1000: PAL or NTSC Videotape unedited & DVD edited. Extra costs: transforming from PAL to NTSC standard (USA) or vice versa.
